KAT Design, our team, creates our stylistic. KAT Design is a architecture design and construction based in Saigon, the pearl of the Orient, from where we work on local and projects globally by creating in direct response to the clients brief, architechture design and construction completely.

Fortunately, architecture has the power to solve numerous issues of the modern world and how we live in it. There are infinite ways of doing so. However, not all architecture is effective in providing solutions while also being sensitive and thought-provoking. With a portfolio that is getting richer every year, has proven that KAT Design can actually do this and much more.
One of our idea, the residence adds value in the warmth with the external embrace made by the wooden slats. The opaque plans guarantee the privacy of the residence in relation to the entranceway. The transparent floor-to-ceiling plans receive all the visual connection with nature that privileges the terrain in all its visual extension.
Another idea, A small pool and lawn provide a focal point to the open space where the family gathers on weekends. The house plan is inverted in the sense that bedrooms face the street. The living room and kitchen are in the back, connecting entertaining spaces to the courtyard. Art is present in every room and on every wall with daylight filtered through perforated zinc.
Finally, our construction values is the completing intelligently engineered solutions and the quality should never be compromised for all construction projects.
