Simple modern house
Text description provided by the architects. The simple modern house is a project for a big family home.The shape of this design is modern. The size and proportions of the them are related to the land in the surroundings. This clean, abstracted traditional volume is wrapped in a contemporary envelope, which covers all the windows and loggias.
The distribution of spaces is very functional, based on a “corridorless” design, with spaces smoothly connection to each other. The exterior of the house is used depending on the weather and mood of the occupants.
The building consists of two single-pitched volumes and a swimming pool arranged in a I-shape to create a private courtyard raised above ground level from which to enjoy the view of the surrounding landscape.
